Using Mawaid to book appointments over WhatsApp.

The service

We provide a bot and a dashboard to manage appointments on the business WhatsApp number. The trial includes 15 conversations for 3 days; a conversation is a 24-hour window per customer. Paid packages use USDT checkout through MunjPay.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your customers’ consent to messaging, for accurate services and hours, and for not using sending in a way that risks a ban on cold numbers.

Payment

Package payments are processed in USDT by MunjPay. Credits are added after confirmed on-chain settlement; underpaid or expired invoices are not fulfilled.

Availability

Booking depends on WhatsApp and on text understanding. When understanding fails, fallback rules apply, and the customer may be asked to clarify.
