What we store about your customers, what is sent to the AI provider, and for how long.

What is stored about the tenant’s customers

For each of your customers: phone number in international form, name if entered, your notes, conversation state, the text of messages with the bot, and appointments (service, time, status). We do not ask the customer for email or a password.

What is sent to the AI provider

The current message text, up to six earlier turns from the same conversation, your service names, weekly hours, reply tone, conversation locale, timezone, and today’s date and weekday. The customer’s phone number, login codes, and session tokens are not sent.

Retention windows

Login codes are deleted after 7 days. Conversation messages are deleted after 30 days. The text-understanding cache expires after 24 hours. Webhook event records are deleted after 7 days. Appointments and customer records remain while the account exists until you export or delete them.

The business owner signs in to the dashboard with a WhatsApp code. That session is separate from the operator panel.
